Fine Blanking
Extremely complex, ready-for-assembly, multifunctional parts can be produced cost-effectively
Fine Blanking creates smooth crack and burr free surfaces, while the component maintains flatness. Additional finishing is generally not required. For your high and mid volume production this provides the opportunity for substantial part cost savings.
Fine Blanking becomes cost effective at an annual output of around 30,000 parts and the higher your volume, the greater your part cost savings.
Forming
Every press stroke creates a complex part ready for assembly
CNC Servo controlled blanking, punching and cold forming are flexibly combined to produce the most competitive components at high to mid volume production.
CNC Servo controlled cold forming enables complex part geometries to be produced without having to utilize costly additional secondary operations. Now deep drawing, milling and rolling operations can now be included with traditional blanking and forming operations to allows you to produce a complete part at over 600 parts per hour.
